The process as someone living outside Holland and open a company in The Netherlands is a lot of time and effort. I was lucky to stumble upon Intercompany Solutions who were very helpful from day one. I met with Ndaah who answered every email I sent and was very responsive, professional and very helpful every step of the way. Including Juta who was in charge of my case and helped me navigate the scope very clearly and professionally as well. She is very kind and very professional, going out of their way to help their clients above and beyond. Even now that I have to unfortunately close the company, they were very helpful and have been amazing every step of the way. As well as Vanina who was assisting as well. Samima as a part of the accounting department was very helpful in answering my questions regarding matters that were actually outside of their services, with no hesitation or complaint whatsoever.I recommend anyone who is looking to incorporate their company in the Netherlands, whether you are abroad or live there, should most definitely go through ICS to help you guide the process. Juta, Ndaah, Vanina, and Samima, thank you very much for your help and assistance in guiding me through this process as well as being very helpful to the end. If I ever decide to open another company in The Netherlands, ICS is who I will contact.
