Worked with them for 3 years in different capacity. They were professional and knowledgeable beyond simple accounting.We had our difficulties. And at one point they showed real character, when a 50/50 mistake (their side and our side), they took upon themselfs and paid off the tax fines. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the service we get from Intercompany Solutions for opening a company in the Netherlands.We wanted to open a new company in the Netherlands in 2022. We were going to manage the process from Turkey, so it was essential for us to be able to trust our consultant company. Also, we wanted to be guided throughout the process because we didn’t know anything about the process and procedures.We came across Intercompany Solutions on Google; they had a good number of comments that were all positive, and their website was informative regarding the process. That's why we made the first contacts, had a few meetings, and decided to have a one-year contract for 5.000 €!!!.At first, the staff were really interested and involved with the process, telling us how quick and easy the opening would be (in approximately 2 weeks).However, this welcoming and warm greeting didn't last very long, and we were stuck with not knowing what to do, who to ask, and how to continue.• Even if the company was finally registered with the Chamber of Commerce, Intercompany Solutions was not clear about what the next steps were going to be.• We need to have a VAT number to be able to do business but obtaining it has become a complicated thing.• When we asked a question, we couldn't get full, clear, and satisfactory answers, instead we were told to wait for weeks.• There was a severe lack of updating, directing, and communicating with their clients. We had to figure it out on our own and it was very challenging.• No one from Intercompany Solutions returned to our emails regarding our questions, so we had to find another consultant.It has been over a year since we first moved to open our Netherlands company. Our new consultant told us that the problem was caused at the beginning of the process. That means we have been struggling to fix a problem that we weren’t even aware of.If Intercompany Solutions had taken control of the situation, we would have formed our company and started doing business as this was our main purpose.I hope they can take steps to improve their problems of following up on the tasks, communicating with their customers, and providing a better service in general.Yours faithfully,Kübra Yıldırım

Be careful, its a fraud!We ordered in feb mount one company in the Netherlands, our 80% of the business is in this country. We need VAT number, conditio sine qua non. Without VAT we cant operate.The prevision of Intercompany was 2 weeks for the company ready, 4 weeks for VAT. We had an important deal to close within these deadlines, of course we lost it and it caused us economic losses due to intercompany.We are waiting more than 3 months only for the company, 6 months later we dont have our VAT. We claim to Intercompany and they dont offer a solution. In this period we are loosing so much money, some business, etc. If you have this problem or similar please contact with me in the comments. We contacted with one Netherlands lawyers and we are going to start legal actions against Intercompany.Lo escribo también en castellano, porque buena parte del negocio de Intercompany se ha basado en ofrecer sus servicios a empresas españolas que seguramente estén en una situación parecida a la nuestra y no sepan cómo reclamarles:¡Cuidado, es un fraude!Hicimos un pedido en febrero de una empresa en los Países Bajos, nuestro 80% del negocio está en este país. Necesitamos el número de IVA, conditio sine qua non. Sin IVA no podemos operar.La previsión de Intercompany fue de 2 semanas para la empresa lista, 4 semanas para el IVA. Teníamos un trato importante que cerrar en estos plazos, por supuesto que lo perdimos y nos causó pérdidas económicas por Intercompany.Estamos esperando más de 3 meses sólo para la empresa, 6 meses después no tenemos nuestro IVA. Reclamamos a Intercompany y no ofrecen solución. En este período estamos perdiendo mucho dinero, algunos negocios, etc. Si tiene este problema o similar, contácteme en los comentarios. Nos pusimos en contacto con un abogado holandés y vamos a iniciar acciones legales contra Intercompany.
