The Intercompany Solutions Referrer Program

We work with a small network of trusted referrers who know individuals or companies looking to incorporate in the Netherlands. If you know someone who would benefit from our service, introduce them to us and we’ll take care of the rest. When your referral successfully incorporates their company, you receive a flat €500 commission.

One rule that matters most:You must register the lead with us before they are in contact with our sales team. This keeps the program fair for everyone and is the single condition that determines eligibility.

Who This Program Is For

The program is designed for individuals or firms who:

• regularly interact with entrepreneurs, founders, or business owners 
• occasionally come across people considering setting up a company in the Netherlands or the EU 
• want to earn from those introductions without taking on client work themselves 
• prefer a simple, transparent arrangement over open-ended consultancy or commission splits 
• value their reputation and only want to refer to a provider they trust to deliver

Typical fit: accountants, lawyers, business consultants, coaches, relocation specialists, international community leaders, or entrepreneurs with a strong network. Online marketing specialists, affiliates, lead generation specialists.

This is not an intermediary program. You are not acting on our behalf, and you are not responsible for onboarding, advising, or supporting the client.

How It Works

1. Apply. Fill in a short application form. We review within a few business days.
2. Sign once. Once approved, you sign our Referrer Agreement a single time.
3. Register leads upfront. When you spot someone who could benefit from our services, submit a short Lead Registration Form with their details, before they speak to us.
4. We take over. We confirm the lead is new to us within 5 business days, then handle onboarding, service delivery, and all client communication.
5. You get paid. Once the client’s company is successfully incorporated and paid for, we pay you €500.

Commission Structure

• €500 per successful incorporation
• Paid after the company is incorporated and Intercompany Formations B.V. has received full payment
• Applies regardless of which incorporation package the client chooses
• Paid once per client, no recurring or ongoing commissions
• Registered leads are valid for 6 months from acceptance

What You Don’t Have to Do

• sell, pitch, or present our services on our behalf 
• quote prices, timelines, or make any commitments to the lead 
• give legal, tax, or regulatory advice about Dutch incorporation 
• collect documents, ID, or KYC information from the lead 
• handle onboarding, client questions, or service delivery 
• manage the ongoing client relationship or respond to support issues 
• invoice the client, we bill them directly, you invoice us for your €500

Jurisdiction

All services are provided exclusively in the Netherlands. The referrer program applies to leads interested in Dutch incorporation and related corporate services.

Questions Before You Apply

Do I need to sign something for every referral?

No. You sign the Referrer Agreement once. Every lead you introduce from then on is registered through a short Lead Registration Form (no signature required).

What if I’ve already been talking to someone about Intercompany Solutions?

Please register them as soon as possible. The rule is simple: the lead must be new to us at the time of registration. If they are already in our CRM as a prospect, we cannot approve the referral, but we’ll tell you transparently within 5 business days.

What if two referrers know the same person?

First-come, first-served. The earlier valid registration prevails. Register early to protect your referrals.

When do I get paid?

After the client’s company is officially incorporated and ICS Formations B.V. has received payment. We settle commission invoices on a monthly basis.

How many leads can I refer?

There is no cap. We just ask for quality over quantity.

Please note: Due to Netherlands regulations, we cannot receive referrals from registered office providers or virtual office providers in The Netherlands.
