Ronalyn B. Chua-Yamat

Ronalyn works with precision, structure, and a strong sense of responsibility. She supports clients throughout the Dutch BV formation process. Her priority is that everything runs smoothly and correctly, so clients can set up their Dutch BV without stress.

She brings over twenty years of professional experience to the role, built primarily in the Philippine banking sector. She worked as a Relationship Manager at Philippine National Bank and at BDO Unibank, where she had earlier held positions as Relationship Manager Assistant and Trade Finance Processor, and spent time as a Project Maintenance Analyst at Towers Watson Finance Services. Those years gave her deep experience in client servicing, compliance documentation, and coordination across departments. Banking also shaped how she works: detail-oriented, organised, and calm under pressure, particularly when handling compliance-related matters. She values clear communication and proactive follow-up, and makes a point of ensuring clients feel supported and guided at every step.

Ronalyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Banking and Finance from Centro Escolar University in the Philippines, where she was an Academic Grantee and Meritorious Scholastic Awardee and held several leadership roles. She has been living in the Netherlands for 2 years and speaks English and Tagalog. Outside of work she enjoys travelling to new places and spending time with her family.
