Company formation € 1.499,-
This is for registering the Limit Liability (BV) Company with all Dutch Notary expenses and Chamber of Commerce costs included. We are able to have the company established fully remotely.
Which includes the following:
  • Deed of Incorporation in Dutch,
  • Deed of Incorporation in English,
  • Shareholders register,
  • Chamber of Commerce extract in English,
  • Power of Attorney, (to be able to incorporate remotely)
  • Personal Data Card,
  • Pep-declaration.

Secretarial Services € 1.599,-
This includes the following:
  • Requesting VAT-Number;
  • Requesting EORI-number (for import/export);
  • Translation services of Dutch letters;
  • Assistance when abroad;
  • One sole contact person within the company.
The bank account can only be requested after the BV has been established.

Request for VAT number timeline is dependent on the Tax Authority. 
Accounting Services for one year € 2.500,-  
0-100 transactions 
(100 extra transactions = 300€)

  • Quarterly TAX filings (VAT);

eHerkenning registration (mandatory) € 200,-
More and more government organisations require eHerkenning to use their services digitally. eHerkenning ensures government organisations know exactly with which company and with whom they are dealing. It also shows if these people are authorised to act on behalf of that company. An eIdentity (EID) key (eHerkenningsmiddel) can be purchased from recognised service providers.

eHerkenning has been approved by the EU. This means you can use it to contact any European government body that offers its services digitally.
