His vision has resulted in Intercompany Solutions to become the #1 business incorporator in the Netherlands for foreign businessmen.

Ivo brought his commercial experience to Intercompany Solutions and is currently heading the account representative department, and he consults with clients on their business plans in the Netherlands.

Chief Executive Officer

Alex Stokvis is the Chief Executive Officer of Intercompany Solutions, a leading provider of legal and compliance services for businesses expanding into the Netherlands. With a robust background in international business management and a comprehensive knowledge of Dutch law, Alex is uniquely qualified to guide entrepreneurs through the complexities of setting up operations in the Netherlands.

Alex performed his International Business and Management Studies in The Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.

In his role at Intercompany Solutions, Alex leverages his diverse experience to oversee all aspects of the business. His skills enable him to assist clients in English and Dutch.

Prior to joining Intercompany Solutions, Alexhoned his management and logistics skills in various roles. He worked as a Production Planner at a large enterprise GKN Aerospace, a company with 16.000 employees worldwide, where he managed production schedules for the aerospace manufacturing company. He also spent nearly three years at GO Sharing, a leading electric vehicle sharing company, where he was promoted to Fleet Manager and Team Leader for the West Netherlands region. In this leadership position, he oversaw a fleet of 1,600 e-scooters and 500 e-bikes across 14 cities and managed a team of over 45 employees.

With his unique blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, as well as his deep understanding of Dutch business regulations and compliance requirements, Alex is committed to providing the highest level of service to Intercompany Solutions' clients. His diverse skill set and ability to drive results in fast-paced environments make him an invaluable asset to businesses seeking to navigate the complexities of expanding into the Netherlands.

Steven Tang

Senior Consultant

Steven Tang is a professional in the fields of Administration and Tax regulations in the Netherlands. After completing his Accounting studies, he pursued a career in the accounting sector.

With over a decade of tax and accounting experience, Steven can confidently advise you on your tax- and accounting questions.

Not only is Steven well versed in accounting consultations, he is also specialized in EORI-number, VAT-number and Article 23 applications.

Steven is verbally fluent in English and Cantonese.

With a strong background in administration, finance, human resources, and sales, Vanina has honed her skills working in her family's startup business in Chile. Her versatility and willingness to take on any task, from office management to cleaning, demonstrate her adaptability and strong work ethic.

Vanina earned her degree in Biology from the prestigious Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, consistently ranked as the best university in the country. Her education has equipped her with a unique perspective, fostering a proactive mindset and a commitment to lifelong learning.

As a mother of two, Vanina has mastered the art of multitasking and organization, skills that translate seamlessly into her professional life. She firmly believes in leading by example and strives to instill a strong work ethic in her children. Vanina's dedication to her family is matched only by her commitment to delivering high-quality work, as evidenced by her personal motto: "If you are going to do something, do it well. Even if you don't like what you are doing, do a proper job of it."

In her free time, Vanina is an avid knitter and has even established a knitting group in Breda, where she teaches others the craft free of charge. This initiative not only showcases her passion for sharing knowledge but has also helped her build a strong support network in her new home.

Kelsey Knezich - ICS

Kelsey Knezich

Client Service Administrator

Kelsey plays a central role in ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated experience for every client. As the key link between the sales team and the back office, Kelsey manages client inquiries, maintains accurate client records and documentation, and supports business consultants by providing the information and structure needed to guide entrepreneurs effectively.Her work ensures that communication flows seamlessly behind the scenes so clients experience clarity, efficiency, and the highest level of service. Her motto, “Teamwork makes the dream work,” is truly reflected in the way she supports and strengthens both departments.

Kelsey holds an undergraduate degree in Sociocultural Anthropology from Western University in Canada, and completed her graduate studies in International Studies in Education at the University of Iceland. Her academic background spans sociocultural research, business law, economics, and organizational studies giving her a unique interdisciplinary perspective that enhances her administrative work and her understanding of diverse client needs.

Originally from Canada, Kelsey has been connected to the Netherlands since 2019 and made her permanent move to Rotterdam in 2025. She is a native English speaker and has conversational knowledge of Icelandic, with strong motivation to learn both Spanish and Dutch. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys travelling, hiking, cooking, and gardening.

Monica de Mooij

Backoffice manager

Monica has over 15 years of experience in administrative positions. Which followed her studies in the economic field at the Rotterdam University of Applied sciences.

Having a deep understanding of license applications, EORI number requests, notary documentation and background checks. Monica is responsible within Intercompany Solutions to supervise the open applications and make sure the clients files are processed in due order by the respective departments.

Monica is the primary contact person for all applications and she is in contact both with clients as well as the professional parters of Intercomany Solutions. Maintaining both quality and processing time is her top priority.

From an early age, Monica has spent a lot of time living and working abroad. Her broad experience with different cultures ensures she is well capable of assisting clients from all over the world.

Monica is multilingual and well versed in English, German, French and Dutch.

Joost Hubregtse

Joost Hubregtse

Manager of Sales

Joost holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Computer Science and has specialized throughout his career in sales techniques such as commercial communication and negotiation. He began his professional career as a technical consultant at IBM, later transitioning into a sales role where he completed extensive commercial training. After IBM, Joost moved into more entrepreneurial settings, co-founding an IT company that was successfully acquired by a German software company within three years. The acquisition included two years working in Germany to support the transfer of knowledge and assets. Upon returning to the Netherlands, he served as Sales Director for an international HR agency.

International experience has been a consistent element of Joost’s career, including extensive time working abroad in the early years of his career and later in Germany. He is fluent in Dutch, English, and German.
Joost leads with a people-centric leadership approach, empowering team members by giving them ownership and responsibility. He firmly believes that trust and autonomy drive creativity, engagement, and better results. By encouraging initiative and accountability, he creates an environment in which individuals and teams are motivated to perform at their best.

Outside of work, Joost enjoys mountain hiking, skiing, travelling, and spending time in his garden. He lives by the belief that “Making a living is not the same thing as making a life,” a philosophy that reflects his balanced approach to leadership, ambition, and long-term succes

Inna Gocheva is a versatile professional with a strong background in management, administration, and education. As a Management Assistant at Intercompany Solutions, she brings a wealth of experience from diverse industries, including hospitality, event management, and project coordination.

Prior to joining Intercompany Solutions, Inna held the position of Assistant Hotel Manager at Cameo Hotel in St. Petersburg, Russia. In this role, she demonstrated exceptional skills in guest relations, concierge services, staff management, and administrative tasks. Her ability to maintain meticulous records and liaise with governmental institutions highlights her attention to detail and professionalism.

Inna's experience extends to the cultural sector, having served as an Assistant Project Manager at the Joseph Brodsky Museum. In this capacity, she organized a variety of events, including lectures, poetry readings, and performances. Her responsibilities encompassed social media management, technical support, and the creation of promotional materials, showcasing her versatility and creative skills.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Inna is passionate about education and has been working as a Private Tutor since 2017. Her expertise in language teaching, pedagogy, and teaching English as a second language underscores her commitment to fostering learning and growth.

Inna's diverse skill set is further exemplified by her experience as an Event Manager at The Moscow Convention Bureau, where she organized business meetings and matchmaking sessions for representatives of major Russian and international companies at forums and exhibitions worldwide.

Hector Luque

Hector Luque

International Business Consultant

Acting as a single point of contact, Hector guides clients throughout the full lifecycle of their business journey, from strategic advisory and company formation to regulatory coordination, post incorporation services, and long-term account management, ensuring compliance, execution, and sustained success.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Security & Intelligence and International Management, with graduate studies in International Relations. Over the past decade, Hector has built extensive experience in consulting, business development, and management roles within international organizations across Latin America, North America, and Europe. His career has consistently centered on cross-border operations, stakeholder management, and growth-oriented advisory, providing him with deep insight into navigating complex international business environments. Hector has worked on and led projects in more than ten countries across multiple industries, including aviation, professional services, and business consultancy.

Outside of work, Hector is a certified scuba diver and an avid sailing enthusiast. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has been living in the Netherlands for two years. She holds a Bachelor degree in International Business and Commerce for Asia and has lived in several countries, including China, the Philippines, South Korea, and the Netherlands. With a background in International Business and experience in commercial, client-facing roles, she connects naturally with entrepreneurs from all over the world.

Friendly, approachable, and highly responsive, Giulia's work style is defined by adaptability and a strong client-focused approach. She ensures clients feel supported and confident throughout the entire process. As one of the first contact points for new clients, Giulia provides clear and tailored explanations of the Dutch company formation process, ensuring that each entrepreneur understands every step involved in setting up a Dutch BV.

Outside of work, Giulia is passionate about traveling, yoga, freediving, and exploring new cuisines. Analleli holds a bachelor's degree in Finance. Before joining Intercompany Solutions, she worked as an international business developer, supporting entrepreneurs in launching operations in the United States, Mexico, and China.

Her career path, combined with hermulticultural background, allows her to navigate diverse business environments with ease. Born in Mexico, Analleli has lived and worked across the globe, including in Texas, Atlanta, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Germany, and now the Netherlands. This international experience has shaped her ability to work seamlessly with clients from a wide range of cultures.

She speaks Spanish and English fluently, with conversational abilities in French and Mandarin. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in museums and art galleries, drawing inspiration from creativity and global culture.
