Ivo founded Intercompany Solutions after seeing how difficult it was for international entrepreneurs to navigate Dutch incorporation, banking, and tax registration on their own. He built the firm around a fast, transparent, and fully remote way to establish and manage a Dutch company.
He heads our account representative department and consults with clients on their business plans in the Netherlands, from choosing the right legal structure to planning the first year of operations. Ivo works with founders from over 50 countries.
