Alex is the Chief Executive Officer of Intercompany Solutions, Rotterdam's specialist in company formation, accounting, tax, and compliance services for international entrepreneurs entering the Dutch market. Since 2023 he has led the firm's growth into a full-service partner for hundreds of foreign-owned Dutch companies, and in 2026 he also became CEO of ICS Staffing & Payroll B.V.

Joost is specialised in commercial communication and negotiation, helping international founders find the structure that fits their plans in the Netherlands. He is often the person who maps out the full route, from formation to ongoing accounting and compliance.

Originally from Italy, Giulia has built a truly international profile. She holds a Bachelor degree in International Business and Commerce for Asia and has lived in several countries, including China, the Philippines, South Korea, and the Netherlands.

Samim's strength is patience. Rather than rushing to a solution, he takes the time to understand what a client is actually dealing with, then works with internal specialists to resolve it.

Safak believes a first phone call should leave someone feeling less overwhelmed than when they picked up. He answers incoming inquiries with a calm, unhurried manner that turns a daunting process into a clear set of next steps, and a one-off conversation into a lasting relationship.

Veronika's instinct is to ask questions before giving answers. She starts every relationship by understanding what an entrepreneur is actually trying to build, then breaks the legal and administrative requirements of Dutch company formation down into clear, practical steps, staying involved from the first consultation through incorporation and beyond.

Wilbian's approach to finance is structured, analytical, and hands-on. He keeps a close eye on detail while holding the wider view of deadlines and priorities, and prefers to solve problems rather than simply flag them.
