Documents required for company formation in Fujairah free zone
The shareholders will need to submit the following documents: an application form, the feasibility study for the project, permission from the jurisdiction to establish the company, the memorandum and articles of association, the capital contribution certificate issued by the bank, and an auditor’s certificate validating the shares.
